Her Master’s Voice billboard campaign; creating the desire for customers to find and scan posters, with the incentive of a free digital download of their music.

To encourage the sales of physical CD’s and Vinyl’s, the scanning of the posters also leads to a discount of products in-store for the specific artist. Further advancements in-store follow the installation of screens, where customers are able to purchase tickets for performances at HMV stores.

The installation of screens within the HMV stores enables for an easier customer experience, allowing users to easily search for women’s music, and locate it within the store. This would be achieved through light interactions via the screen device, showing the customer where the product is located within the store.
